For 16 years, Destini Voorhees served with Collier County Public Schools, holding a variety of leadership roles and dedicating much of her career to the Immokalee community. Her passion for connecting underprivileged families with the resources they need shaped her work and continues to inspire her today. Now part of her family business, Elite Estate Services, Destini brings the same heart for service and leadership skills she honed as a school leader—fostering cooperation, resolving conflicts with compassion, and finding creative solutions to challenges. She is deeply committed to uplifting others and working together to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
