Kelly L. Fayer received her Juris Doctor from Washington and Lee University School of Law in 1997 and established her law firm in 2006. Throughout her time as an attorney, Kelly has received numerous awards for her professional accomplishments, philanthropy and mentorship and was the first attorney to receive the APEX Award from the Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce. In 2019, she won the Florida Bar Pro Bono Service Award, and was 1 of 20 attorneys in the state honored at the Florida Supreme Court for representing those who cannot afford to hire an attorney. Kelly was elected to serve as president of the Lee County Bar Association and is 1 of only 8 females elected to this position in the last 70 years.

She is very proud to be the Treasurer of CAMEO of Lee County, an organization that supports low-income seniors. She is the founder of #KindLee, and she holds the following positions in the community: board member of PACE Center for Girls; co-founder and vice president of the Miguel C. Fernandez III Hispanic Bar Association; honorary board member of the Guardian ad Litem Foundation; and Master in the Calusa Inn of Court; past president of the Estate Planning Council of Lee County; past board member of the Association of Family Law Professionals, sponsor of the Lynn Suzanne Spradley Brightest Stars Scholarship and member of National Association of Elder Law Attorneys. and mentorship. At this time, Kelly is the only attorney to be given this honor.
